Short Story
The Warden of Marquette
Only made it to round 7 with this Writing Battle story, but I loved writing it. Mystery, Disciplinarian and Urn. I really focused on character voice here.
These are mostly short stories I wrote for writing competitions.

Short Story
Another Writing Battle prompt, and I made it to the top 16! Could not believe it. This time Fairy Tale, Golden Child and Knife. I had never written a fairy tale before this, but I have to say, this was a lot of fun. I really wanted to do something different. It was so hard not to get lyrical with the lines, and some made it through, but I kept it out as much as possible. Tiney thanks you for reading!
Short Story
Now on to the third Writing Battle. Back to making it to round 10!. My prompts were Shipwrecked, Busybody, and Flask. This is the story of an imposter trying to steal something and getting more than he bargained for.
Short Story
This was my second Writing Battle and first with 1000 words. This time I made it the final 32 strories! My prompts were Drama, Farmer, and Bow tie. This is the story of a loan agent that has not make an unfortunate visit to an underperforming farm.
Short Story
This was the first Writing Battle I did and loved every bit of it. 2000 words and I made it to round 10! My prompts were Cemetery Tale, Desert, and Mysterious Stranger. This is the story of Randy, who wasn't really getting the archeology experience he hoped for, until that changed.
Short Story
